Ripple Inside is an interactive website created on p5js that asks participants to share how they feel, and uses p5js speech recognition and WEB GL to visualize and sonically represent their emotions.

When a user shares their feelings, the color, shape, and sound in the sketch changes.

To define and categorize emotion words, we used the “Feelings Wheel” by Dr. Gloria Wilcox (recreated by the Calm app):
